Getting Start:

1. Prepare the information needed

• E-mail / Phone Number / Your Full Name / Pickup/Drop-off Date and time / Pickup/Drop-off Destination

2. Provide pickup and drop off information: date, time, location

• hen proceed to click “Book Now” button

3. Choose your car, learn more about the car model's information, and confirm the booking

• Choose from the car models available, check the service fee, put required information, the click “Next”
• Service fee and service policy are subjected to be varied due to the car's model.
• Select your payment method, amount of the deposit (50%/full price), then proceed to “Book Now” and receive your booking confirmation via your provided e-mail.

4. Reservation-Confirmation of the car rental with driver service

• For Toyota Alphard model, the reservation must be made at least 1-2 days in advance.
• For Rolls-Royce, Bentley Flying Spurs, Bentley Bentayga, Benz Maybach S600, Benz Saloon S500E, Audi Q7, the reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• After clicking “Book Now” and made the deposit, you will receive booking number and confirmation e-mail from the system.
• One day prior to the pickup date, a staff will be in contact to confirm your booking details, car and driver's information. All information will also be sent to the e-mail provided during the reservation.
